Terms & Conditions

Effective 19 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-19

1. About these terms

Veggful is a recipe community operated by LR Digital. These terms apply when you create an account and use Veggful. Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled.

Operator contact email and postal address are awaiting confirmation. These documents will be updated when those details are supplied.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in email secure and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not misuse the service, harass others, bypass access controls or upload unlawful content.

3. Recipes, images and permission

You retain any rights you hold in your content. Upload only content you created or have suitable permission or a licence to store and use on Veggful. This applies to recipe wording, photographs and other material, whether public or private. A source link or author credit does not replace permission.

By uploading content, you give LR Digital a non-exclusive licence to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you choose. Publishing permits public display. When you submit a recipe for public use, you also allow LR Digital to reproduce, adapt for format (for example cropping or resizing) and share that recipe and its photos on Veggful's social media channels and marketing, with credit to your Veggful username where practical. This licence is royalty-free and continues for posts already made if the recipe is later unpublished, but we will remove posts on request where reasonably possible. Sending a private invitation permits storage and display to its recipient and, upon acceptance, creation of their private saved copy. Only share content where your rights permit that use.

Private sharing does not transfer copyright. Recipients must not publish or redistribute a received recipe unless they have suitable rights. Accepted copies may remain after the sender edits or deletes the original, subject to lawful removal requests.

4. Moderation and copyright concerns

Website recipes are saved as private link-only bookmarks: Veggful does not import their wording or photographs, publish these bookmarks or distribute them as recipe copies. Full uploads require confirmation of rights to the content and images. Received private copies cannot be published.

We may review, restrict or remove content and suspend accounts for breaches of these terms or legal requirements. Public submissions are reviewed before publication; this does not guarantee ownership, accuracy or safety. Use “Report recipe” or our copyright notice form to raise a concern. Copyright notices should identify the work, the disputed content and your authority to act.

Making content private does not excuse infringement. We may investigate private content when necessary to address a report, protect users or meet legal obligations. Copyright removal disables the affected recipe, its private invitation previews and accepted copies, including onward-shared copies tracked by Veggful. It cannot recall material already downloaded or copied outside Veggful. Repeated infringement may result in account suspension.

5. Food safety and external websites

Recipes and nutrition information are provided by users and may contain errors. Check ingredients, allergens, dietary suitability and food-safety instructions yourself. Vegan checks are not medical advice or an allergen guarantee. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Availability, leaving and changes

We aim to keep Veggful available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. You can request account deletion from Settings. We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes where appropriate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
